Go Mobile, a mobile marketing agency, was launched in 2016. We have been actively developing and creating new services for our clients. In 2021, we separated some of our products into independent companies and became Go Ahead Group.

Every 6 months we conduct a performance review, where we discuss the results of work, growth in position and draw up an individual development plan. It's formed for 6 months together with HR, the head and the employee after each performance review. An individual development plan helps a person to fulfill their strategic objectives for 6 months, which, in turn, contribute to the transition to the next grade
